Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 17-1181NR I believe it is a touch screen as it is all glass I just installed Windows 7 and seems the touch part is not working 

how can I fix it do I need a new control board for the touch part and are there videos on how to replace it most one I see on the net are for the slim laptop not at all like I have

 

also the rubber edging is coming off is there a part number for that

Firstly all grass does not mean touchscreen. HP Envy 17-1181NR is an invalid model/product. Is it an  HP Envy 17-j181nr machine ? Its specs

It does NOT touchscreen.
