I see there are already a ton of posts about this issue, I very rarely even use my laptop, it has had very minimal use but it is now out of warranty and the left hinge is broken on the screen. It is ridiculous how many people are having this exact same issue, I paid way too much money for this laptop for it to break so easily and so quickly without even having much use on it. Is this problem being addressed by HP?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
