Dear SIir/Madam,

 

I hope you are well. 

The issue I am experiencing is related to the laptop's hinge, which has unexpectedly caused my screen to pop out on the left hand side. This is not the first occurrence for this type of incident for the same laptop. Furthermore, from reading other peoples problems in the support community, I have realised this is not an isolated incident but appears to be a recurring issue among HP Envy 360 laptops. This ongoing hinge problem is a cause of inconvenience and has negatively affected my overall experience with the laptop. I must highlight that I have invested a substantial amount of money in purchasing this laptop, and my satisfaction with HP products has been significant up until this point. However, the hinge issues have made it difficult for me to justify the cost of this laptop. 

 

I kindly request that HP addresses this issue promptly and effectively.

 

I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that HP will take the necessary steps to address the hinge issue and maintain its reputation for delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. I look forward to a timely resolution to this problem.
