Product: HP Envy x360 15-dr0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had an ACER monitor connected via HDMI to my notebook for the last year, working correctly.

 

Last week when I locked the screen the notebook no longer recognised that there was an external monitor connected when it was unlocked. I had to rollback display adaptor drivers and reboot to recover.

 

Today this has happened again, but rolling back drivers has not resolved the issue.
