HP Envy Hinge issue

Now right hinge in my laptop has a defect and it is almost pushing my screen panel out. Thankfully. There are no cracks or breakages on the panel.

I had a three-year warranty on my product. Which had expired last year.

This a manufacturing issue, kindly provide me the solution for this.

Having defects on such a premium range of product is not acceptable at all.

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out as it requires repair.

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
