I purchased an HP Envy Laptop in Sep 2022. Serial No [Personal Information Removed]. It has the frozen display hinge problem on the right side so that it cannot be opened without damaging the display. This problem is on the internet in many places. I consider this a product defect that should be handled by HP. How do I go about getting support/help from HP on this laptop.
