I purchased this laptop in 2018. Is there a safe way for me to fix this, or get this fixed? Also, there were no events that would have caused this-- The laptop was not dropped or hit with anything. Thanks so much for your help.
As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
