Product: HP Envy x360 convertible

I've seen this issue a lot with this laptop but haven't seen anything resolutions. It's not that old but of course, the warranty has now lapsed. I have always used HP but having this happen to me is seriously making me rethink that.  Are there any fixes that I can do or do I have to take this in? Having this happen during the busiest time of year for me is just the worst timing, I need help!!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.  

 

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer. 

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
