Product: Envy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 15 inch laptop screen turned faded with purplish hue . Screenshot attached.

Any idea how to solve this?

Hi Ravi,

The screenshots look fine, so it must be a screen panel problem in the notebook. Try attaching to external monitor/TV and see if the picture is good.

You could also take a picture of the screen with smartpone and post it.
