HP Envy Touchsmart issue

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there

I have HP Envy Touchsmart 15.6 inch, and it operates well in general but sometimes (very rarely) its screen stacks and not responding. The only way out it to shut down forcedly. Another issue is that while hovering on touchpad, mouse is shivering on the screen. Have got any ideas?

Thanks ahead

Hello @GioG1

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !

You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.

It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
