Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0505sa

Hello, 

 

I bought this HP envy x360 in July 2021. I went to close it the other morning and the hinge seems to have popped out and a piece of the interior is now out of the casing and looks as if it has snapped. It's still fully functional, I just can't close it.

I've taken it to Curry's where I bought it from, and they have refused to repair it. How can I get in touch with HP to get it repaired? 

 

EDIT: It seems that the charging port is also broken so it no longer works 

It's disappointing that a £1000 laptop has broken this quickly.
