Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The hinge broke on my HP Envy for the second time.  I attempted to use this support site to discuss this issue with a representative.  However, you can not get to a support person unless you purchaed an extended warranty!  HP knows - after many lawsuits - that these hinges are an issue.  They should stand by their product - or at least let you speake to a representative to have your item fixed.  Done with HP
