I bought HP Envy 13.3" laptop online on Currys and only received it this week. I noticed that the screen at the top is out. This laptop has other issues I noticed - the fan is super noisy even when not being used and the fingerprint that has been enbaled is not working. Having found the screen detached at the top, I am wondering if this model is faulty as I have read several users having issues with screens coming off after few months usage on this site. Will the laptop I purchased for £700 come apart in a few months as other users have experienced? Is there something wrong in this model? I only had it for a few days and I have noticed these, what else could I have missed?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
