Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy intel i7 screen is coming apart at the lower right, near the hinge and the hinge is dislocated. I did not drop it, it just seemed to happen. I tried to snap it back together but it won't.   I saw a bunch of emails that had the same issue but on the left liwer side. Please help.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
