Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp198ms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently installed Windows 10 Pro 64 bit and when I use my pen is working but when I tried to use handwriting in Whiteboard my hand touched the screen and the zoom start to change all the time. I tried to use buttons A and B to bind the pen as a Bluetooth device to see if it worked with my hand on the screen but nothing happens.  My Surface Pro 7 has a pen that allow me to do that but in my HP I can't. What can I do?
