HP Envy x360 13 with Ryzen 4700u Photoshop issues

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are issues running Photoshop on this model. The exact model number is 13-ay0802no and I have tried two different samples of that model with the exact same issues.

The issues seem to be connected to the GPU, but I'm not certain. Since it is hard to explain exactly what is happening, here is a link to video captures of the issues I have encountered:

Adobe has been remotely controlling my PC for a couple of hours without any success. They also claim they have never seen these issues before. Any ideas?
