Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been using a 3 monitor setup for a while and have been experiencing issues. For one monitor, I've been using the built in HDMI out. For the other, I've been using the Thunderbolt port with a USB-C to DP cable or a USB-C to VGA cable. With both cables, I've had issues with extending to the third display. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  I've tried connecting my cables to other devices, no issues, so it has to be my computer. I've cleaned out the thunderbolt port, doesn't seem to help. My computer recognizes that I'm connected to a third monitor, but the monitor doesn't recognize the signal. Under my Display settings, it seems to default to "Disconnect this display," but even when I can get it to extent, still no signal on the monitor. My graphics card is an Intel (R) UHD 620, which according to HP's website should be able to handle 2 displays. I've tried updating the drivers, but no help either. Anybody got any advice?
