I understand that you are having an issue with the display, and wanted to assist you! I see that you noticed the screen is cracked.
There are only a couple of options available to you, for this type of situation. You can either try to replace the screen yourself. Or send it in to HP for repair. For more information about both of these options, try reviewing the following document:
