Product: HP Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought my HP Envy about 3 years ago and I have never had any problems with it. I have never dropped it and I have taken very good care of it. Recently, I have found a slight problem with my left hinge causing the casing and the screen on the left side to separate. Today I opened my laptop and  a piece broke and fell out of it. I have seen this as a problem that has been happening for a lot of people. Please help!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
