HP Recommended
Product: HP External USB DVD Drive
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've updated my computer but I can't get it to read the DVD from my HP External USB DVD Drive. I have tried with the Windows player and also with VLC media player, and with different DVD of course. Sometimes it recognizes it, but then the quality is extremely bad. Any idea someone? Or should I return the product?

OK I SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY DOWNLOADING 5K PLAYER!
