Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Laptop has a typical problem. Right side of the screen has a black stripe. Size gets reduced. Resolution is set to the recommended value. I have tried all troubleshooting but nothing works. Kindly help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you boot to the BIOS by tapping the F10 on startup and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue in BIOS.

 

Also, try connecting an external monitor to the computer (if available) and check whether the display is working fine on the external monitor.

Thanks for the support.

I tried with BIOS boot and found that the issues remains ( screen has black stripe on right side).When connected to external display the external display is normal there is no problem.
