HP Laptop Model # 15-bwo32wm Camera Not working 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>

Hello. I have HP Laptop model # 15-bw032wm. I need to used the camera for online class and it doesn't work. I click on the camera and i get an error message which is : Camera Not working 0xA00F4244 ,No Camera Are Attached>. I went thru all the troubleshooting for the camera and nothing works!
I also went into the camera properties and clicked on Details , I notices in the device status box a message . The message was
This device is disabled. (Code 22) . What does this message mean ?
The camera for this computer is HP TrueVision HD Camera.
Please help. Thanks.
