HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 Backlit Keyboard Issue

Hi Team,

 

This is Rmunagala from Bangalore. I bought an HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 laptop with backlit keyboard. However the same is not functioning properly post installing the supporting drivers and software.

 

Kindly suggest the way to overcome the issue.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard backlight is not working on the computer.
