Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was using my laptop and it died from low battery. I left it to charge overnight but I saw that the LED wasn’t on when I checked on it in the morning and when I tried to turn it on there was no fan no screen display or LED lights on either the AC adapter or the power LED. I have tried hard resetting, checked the cables for any damages and they look fine and have checked all the power outlets to see if they were a problem too. Nothing has worked so far so I don’t know if it’s a battery problem or something internal.
