Product: HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-aa0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Spectre x360 part number 7M3K7AV
Issue: I ordered a pen with my notebook. It has never worked consistently. It connects and may work for a while. But then it starts disconnecting. I fully charged it and made sure that relevant device drivers were at the latest versions.
The remote HP tech support person was not able to help.
Anyone else experience this?
