Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1018ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello people,

 

A year ago I bought the HP Notebook 15-dy1018ca. A couple of things I noticed was

1. The brightness doesnt increase or decrease - Although the laptop shows on the screen that the level of brightness increases or decreases in that little box that appears on the display, it doesnt actually happen.

2. No driver available to repair this on HP's website.

 

In addition, I have always had issues with the software update and everytime I restart my laptop, usually my updates are never complete and the system uninstalls it.

 

Any solution folks?
