HP OMEN 15 is not playing HD content from Amazon Prime and YouTube (Possible HDCP non compliance)

I purchased a movie from YouTube, and the maximum quality it goes to is 480p. I went to Amazon and attempting to purchase it there yielded the warning  "Your display doesn't seem to be HDCP complaint, hence content will stream in SD". I have never had this issue up until this point. The movie plays in 1080p on my phone.
