HP PEN NOT WORKING ON MY PAVILION X360

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the pen for my laptop (HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 15-cr0xxx)

the laptop is  on the compatibility list of the pen

however stylus can not write on screen, and the screen doesn't recognize it,

The pen is connected to the computer via bluetooth, but it doesn't work anyway.

there is way to solve it?

As per the HP compatibility list you can use either the HP Pen (Microsoft) or HP Tilt Pen (Microsoft)
