Ok, this seems to be a recuring problem as per this post
I am experiencing the same issue and wanted to add a few more "strange" details.
The flickering happens randomly and really quickly, especialy if i touch the touch pad but... the weird thing, as soon as i touch the screen, it stops.
Turning the laptop off and back on sometimes fixes the problem and everythine is fine, untill i turn it off, for the night and the next day, the screen flickers.
I'm wondering what could be the problem because this is beyond comprehension or anything that i have seen before.
Anyone had this issue? How did you fix it?
Thanks.
Steph

Well... i found a workaround.
Turns out there isn't really any solution to this issue but, i'm posting my findings for others.
You just need to remove fast boot because this issue seems to only occur when the computer goes to sleep mode, including shutdown sleep when fast boot is turned on.
The trick to find out if this will solve your problem is to simply restart the laptop by using "restart" and not shutdown. If the screen works fine after a restart, then removing fast boot will solve your problem.
Thanks to all that helped.

Screen flickering on the HP Pavilion 15‑cs3003ca is often caused by outdated or conflicting graphics drivers. Try updating or reinstalling the display driver from HP Support and make sure Windows is fully updated. If the issue continues, also check the display refresh rate and BIOS updates.

I updated the drivers manually from a download on the Intel website, the HP website only provide Windows 10 drivers and are really outdated. Anyhow, drivers installed now are from late febuary 2026 et the problem is still occuring.
I've also updated the bios, but the same issue occurs.
Here is a video i found of the problem that many with the same laptop seems to experience.

Hopefully, i can find a fix to this issue as it is quite weird.
Thanks
