HP Pavilion 15t-eg000 Pen Compatibility

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15t-eg000

I'm wondering if there is a pen compatible with my HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15t-eg000 CTO. I have been looking through the hp community and support but the ones that have a list have broken links and others are specific to other computers. I am looking for a pen to take notes since it is a touch screen. Please let me know if I can use one or not.

Hi@MacNAJ89, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Im afraid there is no compatible active stylus available for this model. However,

  • A passive stylus (also known as a capacitive stylus) functions the same as your finger on the screen. Passive styluses do not require batteries, and they work on any touch screen device.
While the non-HP branded passive stylus is not supported by HP, most will work with HP touchscreen computers and tablets

Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
