Pavilion cs1000tx

It's been 3 months since I purchased this laptop and recently I'm facing this issue. After an hour of usage, the display starts shaking and the resolution shifts right and continues from the left. More like a distortion. The image has been attached. I've all the graphics drivers up to date. When I connect HDMI during this issue, the output seems to be fine with no distortions. Does anyone face the same problem? I still have warranty though. Would this be covered in warranty if it is a hardware issue? An assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try with an alternate power adapter/ another wall outlet. Also, let's do a hard reset:

Ensure your laptop is OFF. Unplug all the external devices (If any).

Disconnect the power charger from the computer, and remove the battery.

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Connect the power supply (power adapter).

Press the power button to turn on your laptop.

Then put your battery back. For more details: Click here: https://support.hp.comx/in-en/document/c01684768

If the issue persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
