Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought the G15 laptop but I dont have illuminated keypad and short cut Fn 4 or Fn 5 dont work

how cab I solve this or return to shop?

I understand that HP pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0011nb no backlight at my azerty keys.

 

Not all models have the backlight feature.

 

Please let us know if you have purchased the laptop with a backlight feature.

 

Please update the BIOS and check for the result.
