HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs3096nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Camera image quality is poor - grainy; all troubleshooting steps have been done...video environment checked, lighting good, image quality settings modified/adjusted...other software used to check image quality, no high speed USB attachments etc etc

This laptop is 'suppose' to brand new, not refurbished...bought directly from HP web store. It is not even a week old. I need this camera image to be clear for my zoom meetings etc.

What can be done to fix this issue asap? I need someone, a person, to respond to this not a robot or a copy and paste answer response.
