I greatly appreciate your response, however this did not help. As I stated before, the change that was made had absolutely nothing to do with printer/printing settings/options. The change was made somewhere in Windows 10 Settings in Display/Personalization or possibly in the Control Panel. There were no changes made to printer settings whatsoever. All she remembers is that the setting changed had "CMYK" in the name and it was a drop down menu. If you can find any sort of setting like this that can be changed that drastically affects the colors that are printed I would truly appreciate it. Thank you again.

This might require remote access of you computer to check the settings.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
