HP Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Its observed that the display of my HP Pavilion Notebook became totally disfigured. Though it's not very frequent, but it ruins the display totally when it occurs. Switching off the laptop mostly solves this issue. I had reported the issue previously. I had uploaded a video at that time and it could be seen from the below link. https://youtu.be/kpVCEDDrlXs After reporting to HP, a technician came and did something at that time to adjust the hardware to make the laptop working. He advised us not to keep phone near to the laptop while using the laptop as there is a possibility of magnetic interference. However, in last 2 days, the issue reappears thrice and I didn't keep my phone near to the laptop while facing the same issue. Please click the below link to view the video which I have just uploaded. https://youtu.be/VCfOCynWOxs

@suryakanta,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, then boot to BIOS and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue in BIOS.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Thanks for your reply. I already have updated BIOS and display drivers installed in the laptop. The current BIOS version is F.52 for my HP Pavilion Notebook and it has updated NVIDIA Graphics Driver with version  436.15. The issue is very intermittent and mostly occurs when my keypad phone is ringing beside it. But, it is also noticed that the display issue sometime comes without having my phone near to the laptop. I tried going into the BOOT screen and can confirm that the issue is similar to the one that I faces in normal screen. It had previously been occurring in 2017 as well. The HP technician visited my home and unluckily the issue was not reproduced on that day. He suggested me not to use my phone near to the laptop and did something in tape to cover up some wires inside the laptop. However, the issue is still there and very much annoying.

Thanks,
