Hi 

I'm having trouble with the touchpad.  It is not responsive.  I have tried a lot of suggested actions from uninstalling i2c hid and reinstalling, disabling and enabling which worked for a short while only to go back to being unresponsive.  I have downloaded drivers which haven't worked because they are incompatible.  I have to use a mouse to be able to use the laptop.  Is there a solution to  this issue because it seems to be very common.   I have tried to use Microsoft website but this offers no viable solution.
