Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turn on my Laptop and the HP logo appears on screen, then nothing. for hours. Nothing. It doesn't matter if I hold the power key to switch off and then restart. Nothing seems to work my computer is simply a black screen.

Please try a Power Drain https://support.hp.com/vn-en/product/hp-431-notebook-pc/5086745/document/c01684768 and check if that helps

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
