Hiya,

I had been using this HP pen for digital art and note-taking from Sept 2020, when I bought it. It was working fine until June 2022 and then suddenly after a month when I checked it wouldn't respond. I tired changing the battery and nib, also the (AAAA)battery is new and working, but seems like nothing is working out!!
How can I solve this issue ??
