HP Pen not working - ENVY x360 15-ee0000na

HP Recommended
ENVY x360 15-ee0000na

I've had my HP Envy x360 15-ee0000na for a few weeks now and the pen that came with the computer is starting to not work. I believe the pen is the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen (Black). The touchscreen isn't seeming to pick the pen up at all but does when I touch with my finger. When I go to plug the pen in to charge the orange light flickers on and then goes out.

I have tried restarting my computer several times but doesn't seem to be helping.

Any help is much appreciated!

@Zo_eh

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
If you are trying to use a passive stylus pen and the touch is not registering on your touch screen then it could be a software glitch and to troubleshoot touch screen issues, see HP PCs - Troubleshooting Touch Screen Issues (Windows 10, 😎.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
