Hi,

i have some Problems with my touchscreen and my active pen g3.

For a long time i have sometimes recognation problems. The lines in onenote are not straight, but a little bit wavy. I dont know if this is a bug/defekt or its normal. When i paint a few fast lines, it works correctly again. like the pen has calibratet itself.

The second new and more importand problem is, that my laptop freezes while i write something in onenote by hand. it helps mostly to close and reopen the laptop, but sometimes i need to hard shutdown the laptop. i think, that this is a hardware problem.

Both problems are really bad for my online study -.-

So are my problems a hardware problem or can i solve the problems by myself.

best regards

Becksy82
