HP Pavillion X360 14inch

When I ordered My HP Pavillionx360 14 inch it came with the Hp Rechargeable  Mp.0 2 Tilt pen. The pen has been working great. Though now when I try to use the pen it is not being recognized by my computer. When I plug it in to check the battery the light is white meaning it is fully charged. Yet I cannot get the pen to work on my laptop now i have tried shutting my laptop down and back up.

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP Rechargeable MP.0 2 Tilt pen is not working.

As there is light when it is charging so it is fully charged. You can try updating the HP Tilt Pen Driver from HP.COM and check if it works.

If issue still persists then It seems like hardware issue with the HP pen.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the warranty repair/replacement options.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
