HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen Dead

HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen

I have an HP Spectre x360, and with it came the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen. I've had this laptop since the summer and now the pen has died. It's been working fine, then the battery died and won't charge at all. No light is seen and no input works.

How on earth do I contact HP about this? The stupid virtual assistant is awful and has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about when I say clearly that my pen is broken. I can't find an email to contact HP Support. I don't understand why the only way of getting help is that stupid bot that whenever I mention the pen thinks I'm trying to buy a new one.

I've tried the pen with multiple different cables and charging devices. The laptop is obviously still under warranty. I cannot find a serial number for the pen anywhere.
