Hi HP community!

 

Bought new HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M6AV) 3 months ago.  Everything is/was OK. Recently HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen - silver started to BE UNDISCOVERABLE - all aspects.

Pen is STILL CHARGED but DOES NOT ACTIVATE WHEN TOUCHING THE SCREEN. ALSO DOES NOT CHARGE WHEN PLUGGED INTO USB-C. BUT ITS NOT PERMANENT DAMAGE BECAUSE IT ACCIDENTLY STARTED TO WORK FOR 1 DAY AND THEN THE SAME AGAIN.

NOT SURE WHAT IS THE REASON - WINDOWS 11 REGULAR  SOFTWARE UPDATES, DRIVES,  ALSO CAN BE TECHNICAL PROBLEMN BUT PROBABLY NOT...

 

ANY IDEAS?
