Windows 11 Upgrade Guide
I've tried every troubleshooting method outlined on HP's website.
Updated everything, tried calibrating, even reset Windows.
Below is a picture of the Diagnostic Test for the touch screen. As you can see the top 1/3 is red, unresponsive.
This laptop is out of warranty. What should I look for when I start opening this thing up? Is it the cable or the screen or something else?
