Product: HP Spectre x360 13.5 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ef0000 (3Y837AV)

IT SHOWS AMBER COLOR CHARGING LIGHT BUT NO CHANGE EVEN AFTER AN HOUR OF CHARGING, AND THE STYLUS DOES NOT WORK WHEN POINTED TO SCREEN, THE HP PEN CONTROL APP REPORTS INCOMPATABILE WITH THIS LAPTOP.

THE STYLUS CAME WITH  THIS LAPTOP
