HP Spectre 360 15"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP specter 360 15 in and I am not able to connect to external monitors.

My Extrenal monitor take displayport as input so I got a USB c output with displayport input cable. For few days it was working fine and I was able to output video to my monitor.

Now all of sudden I am not able to connect to monitor. It says no signal.

These are things I tried,

1. Changed the cable

2. Update Windows and all drivers that needed update. Also changed power setting to not allow OS to turn off port when unplugged.

3. Update BIOS version

4. Got a dock station and tried connecting from there using USB -C

5. I have another monitor which has VGA input. Thought of using it thru dock station but that also does not detect.

6. What works is when I connect my TV with HDMI to HDMI.

Any help will be appreciated. I saw another post with similar issue but it seems it is not resolved yet.
