HP Spectre Folio 13-ak0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre Folio touchscreen is malfunctioning.

Is there a solution which I can use it to solve the problem or I should send it to warranty service?

Problem is that one day my touchscreen stopped responding only on the entire upper row. So when I use for instance a full screen browser then it impossible to activate the address bar or the minimize, close buttons on upper corner.

I did everything suggested by HP support Assistant. One point it suggested to run the diagnosis in the BIOS system analysis for touchscreen then it was clear that the touchscreen isn't functioning (on the first row the test squares stayed red- wasn't able to manipulate them with a touch).

the results are the same for finger and pen. Touchpad (cursor) is forking fine.
