HP Spectre X360 15t Unregistered Strokes

I am looking to start taking digital notes on my laptop with a Stylus. I do not like the standard HP Pen I got with my laptop, so I purchased a new one. I tested out the Surface Pen on my laptop and it works. However I still came to the SAME issue that the HP pen gave me, which was random unregistered strokes when writing. I've tried updating all of my drivers, changing the way I write, and it still gives me a hard time. Any suggestions of how to fix issue?
