I'm new in this community, I appreciate if somebody can help me with this problem.
I recently got a new HP Spectre X360-13-4196ms. It's a great convertible ultrabook with core i7-6500U processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD and Windows 10 OS. But when I bend it to 360 degrees the screen suddenly off for a few seconds and it is repeated to flash on and off.
It happens only when the screen bent to 360 degrees and on other angles, it doesn't have any problem.
I did a lot of things to check the reason of this problem. I found that this problem doesn't happen in the safe mode and also in the main mode when the graphics driver (Intel HD Graphics 520) is disabled.
I tried to update the Windows and Graphic driver, but the problem still exists.
I don't know that this problem is a hardware problem or just a software one?
I searched throw internet but I didn't find anybody else reporting this kind of problem.
I also read this thread
but I think my problem is different from the one explained there.
I appreciate any idea and help about this issue.
