Product: HP Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my laptop the screen is dark. I took it once to a repair shop (last week) and by connecting it to an external monitor I was able to shut it down and restart it. It was good for a few days but tonight I tried to turn it on and ... same problem. Any suggestions? I use it every day and so I think I am essentially forced to buy a new laptop. This one is less than two years old. I loved when it worked but I would definitely NOT buy another one after this problem.

This looks like a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
